We stand by our products and will happily exchange any defective products (in the unlikely event).
As these are personal garments, we can only accept returns of unused products. We will gladly exchange or refund payment to returns made within 30 days of purchase and returned in original packaging. We cannot accept returns after 90 days of purchase.
We request that you call E-a-B medical before any return so we can provide a return number and repayment authorization. A quick call to our offices (800-582-5332) will also allow for option discussion to best meet patient needs. We find that patients and their families are happy to talk with our professional staff as correct product ordering, not product efficacy or quality, is often times the main barrier.
